My story
I'm Ihab. I'm almost blind, and I share my life through videos, stories and talks.
Through video and audio, I share what life with a visual impairment is like. That includes the challenges, but also the humour, resilience and small moments of everyday life.
I want to get people thinking and talking to each other. People who experience barriers and people who can remove them need to work together. My videos, posts and talks are one way to help bring them together.
My journey so far
How it started
Being almost blind means I often encounter barriers. Those experiences led me to share my story and speak up for change.
Why I create content
I want people to take something away from my work, and I want to enjoy making it. Humour and everyday moments matter just as much as serious conversations.
What I've learned
Inclusion takes listening, learning and a willingness to change. We need to pay particular attention to people whose experiences are often overlooked.
My mission
Accessibility and equity are human rights. I want to help create physical and digital spaces where everyone can take part.
