Hello everyone,

I have two quick updates!

First, we’re running the CPC Half Marathon this Sunday, March 15th, in The Hague. Feel free to come and watch if you have the time — it’s always a great event with lots of people and good energy. 😊

we start somewhere between 11.30 and 12.30.

The next day, Monday, March 16th, I’ll be speaking on a panel at Pakhuis de Zwijger.

We’ll be discussing how to make demonstrations accessible for people with disabilities. The gathering is organized by Platform Gehandicapten Zuidoost (PGZO).

A diverse panel of speakers with different types of disabilities will share their experiences and expertise. The discussion will be moderated by Caroll Sastro.

The evening is open to anyone interested in or involved with organizing demonstrations, as well as disabled people themselves. There will also be an interactive discussion with the audience. The event will be accessible through sign language and caption interpreters, a lift, an accessible toilet, and attendees are asked to bring a face mask.

This event is part of the Week Against Racism and Discrimination, which culminates in a large national demonstration in Amsterdam on Saturday, March 21st at 14:00. There will also be an Anti-Validism block gathering at 13:00.
